Rhode Island Becomes The First State To Provide Protections For Workers Experiencing Menopause
Rhode Island has become the first state to implement laws to support those experiencing menopause in the workplace. In June of 2025, Rhode Island Governor Daniel McKee signed the legislation, which was introduced by Senator Lori Urso, into law.
