LinkedIn Learning Course

Awareness to Action: Level Up as a DEI Change Agent in Your Organization

In this course, we explore how power works within an organization, so learners can identify it more effectively on the job. We explore how to recognize, reduce, and respond to microaggressions, tokenization, and exclusionary behavior and I provide tips on addressing systemic inequity by centering marginalized employees, amplifying the voices of others, and building community-wide coalitions for a more equitable workplace.

Recruiting and Retaining Diverse Talent: 
Strategies to Create an Anti-Racist Workplace


In this course, learners are provided strategies on how to identify barriers that make it more difficult to recruit and retain employees from underrepresented racial groups​.
