I am extremely passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in and out of the workplace.
On my social media platforms, I often create posts related to DEI, including videos, articles, and status updates to spark meaningful dialogue. Here is a snapshot of my insights and audience reactions. This demonstrates that the conversations I have started around DEI resonate with and capture the attention of my audience. When having conversations and dialogue around DEI to improve conditions, there can often be resistance, so it is important that the change-maker(s) are able to spark a necessary conversation that resonates with the audience.
