About the event
In February 2026, 92,000 jobs in the U.S. were lost. According to a March report from the National Women's Law Center, "Black women’s unemployment increased from 6.4% in January 2026 to 7.1% in February. This is 2.6 percentage points over their unemployment rate two years ago and up 1.7 percentage points since January 2025, when Trump took office." In addition, 600,000 Black women were pushed out of the U.S. labor force in 2025. Too often, it’s not a lack of talent or effort; it’s a lack of access.
Reclaim the Network was created to change that.
This free, virtual networking event is designed to help Black women, and those invested in our collective wellbeing, make meaningful professional connections. Whether you’re job-seeking, hiring, or simply open to building authentic relationships, this space is for you.
